Finally chucked my excel template out the door.
Mostly using for statement reconciliations. Very straightforward to use. Learns as I learn and feed it more information. I especially like the exported copy for vendors as it is very straightforward, I have even had a similar response from a supplier to say how much easier it was to read. We have also had a great amount of support and patience from the customer support team; it has been a long journey to ditch our old ways. The only trouble I have found is when suppliers have strangely formatted statements; however, this was an issue with our old way of working and most of the issues we have found the xelix support team have been able to give us solutions to make it easier to work with.

Easy to use product with fantastic account management support.
With account management a critical part at all stages of implementation and post go-live, it really makes the solution easy to adopt as you are supported every step of the way. The product itself is constantly evolving to meet market demands, with user experience at the forefront of all processes. With seamless integrations with most ERPs it does make onboarding swift and with confidence. This is a tool/product that can be used by many levels within the organisation on a daily or even ad hoc basis due to the way the user profiles can be set up and the various modules from transactions to insights are available. I have nothing to comment here as I have been nothing but satisfied with my experience.

Excellent AP product, really bolstered our controls.
I've implemented Xelix in a couple of organisations now where we've previously used retrospective looking audit recovery firms. Primarily used for identifying historical duplicate invoices and invoice errors, but the forward-looking aspect and proactive nature of identifying potential duplicates are saving unnecessary cash leakage and identifying root causes for duplicates. It's a key daily tool for the AP team and the setup is straightforward with minimal tech integration. Xelix is a company that always appears to be on the front foot with further developments and takes feedback from clients very seriously. The addition of the statement recs module gives the AP team another string to its bow and takes out a lot of the churn needed for manual reconciliations. I'm excited about the Inbox module and what that can bring to the team too.

Fantastic system and huge aid to our company.
The Xelix system is one of the best we have used. We have trialled others before to help us improve our transactional side of the business and Xelix is by far the easiest one we have. The team, especially Paris, have been great with us setting up weekly calls and monthly reviews. A company of our size turning over billions in revenue every year, you could imagine how many invoices we enter. The system picks up every single error/duplicate we have. The statement reconciliation tool is brilliant as it helps us complete recs in minutes. The best tool on Xelix has to be the new AI tool they are implementing. Emails from suppliers are directly linked to the system and the AI automatically picks it up. It recommends suggestions on what to do, sending responses back and even completing statement recs. We use Xelix on a daily basis and I highly recommend it to any company out there to implement this tool!

Excellent Customer Service - Don't Look Any Further.
Their Customer Service is absolutely 100%; always there to support and respond to our challenges or suggestions. We have regular catch-ups and we now have a streamlined process for statement reconciliations which has reduced the time spent and is also reducing the amount of time we spend with our auditors. There is nothing to dislike about this company. From the first point of communication through to trial and Go Live, their communication was impeccable.

Extremely useful.
Xelix is a very user-friendly tool, easy to filter on whatever information we need. We only use it to spot duplicate invoices as of yet, but it has proven to be extremely useful as it spots mistakes that our previous reports would not have shown.
