Reconciling statements in Xelix is a breeze
Our AI scans your inbound emails to determine emails that contain statements. The tool extracts key statement information and automatically reconciles to financial records in your ERP and AP systems, ready for you to review and share with your vendors - all in the click of a button.
It sits alongside your existing ERP and finance system(s) and requires a daily transfer of invoice data to our cloud-based-environment. Setup is a simple, three-step process and you can be up and running in four to six weeks.

Mostly using for statement reconciliations. Very straight forward to use. Learns as I learn and feed it more information. I especially like the exported copy for vendors as it is very straightforward, I have even had a similar response from a supplier to say how much easier it was to read. We have also had a great amount of support and patience from the customer support team, it has been a long journey to ditch our old ways. The only trouble I have found is when suppliers have strangely formatted statements however this was an issue with our old way of working and most of the issues we have found the xelix support team have been able to give us solutions to make it easier to work with.

Excellent AP product, really bolstered our controls
I've implemented Xelix in a couple of organisations now where we've previously used retrospective looking audit recovery firms. Primarily used for identifying historical duplicate invoices and invoice errors but the forward looking aspect and proactive nature of identifying potential duplicates is saving unnecessary cash leakage and identifying root causes for duplicates. Its a key daily tool for the AP team and the setup is straightforward with minimal tech integration. Xelix is a company that always appears to be on the front foot with further developments and takes feedback from clients very seriously. The addition of the statement recs module gives the AP team another string to its bow and takes out a lot of the churn needed for manual reconciliations - i'm excited about the Inbox module and what that can bring to the team too. Nothing to dislike - I've always found the Xelix customer success team very helpful and encouraging.

Fantastic system and huge aid to our company
The Xelix system is one of the best we have used. We have trialled others before to help us improve our transactional side of the business and xelix is by th far the easiest one we have. The team and especially Paris have been great with us setting up weekly calls and monthly reviews. A company of our size turning over billions in revenue every year you could imagine how many invoices we enter. The system picks up every single error/duplicate we have. The statement reconciliation tool is brilliant as it helps us complete recs in minutes. The best tool on xelix has to be the new AI tool they are implementing. Emails from suppliers are directly linked to the system and the AI automatically picks it up. It recommends suggestions on what to do, sending responses back and even completing statements recs. We use Xelix on a daily basis and I highly recommend to any company out there to implement this tool! Nothing to dislike about xelix. All works perfect for us.

Excellent Customer Service - Don't Look Any Further
Their Customer Service is absolutely 100%; always there to support and respond to our challenges or suggestions We have regular catch ups and we now have a streamlined process for statement reconciliations which has reduced the time spent and is also reducing the amount of time we spend with our auditors. There is nothing to dislike about this company. From the first point of communication, through to trial and Go Live, their communication was impeccable.

Excellent System
One of the best things for me when using xelix is that it can instantly produce an accurate statement reconciliation in seconds combining two different systems. Previously I would have to spend time converting PDFs to excel and exporting reports from different systems and doing lookups to get an accurate position. Also just in terms of queries and can instantly combine the two systems to get an instant picture. Excellent at spotting potential processing and payment mistakes also. There's very little that I dislike, any little tweaks I've needed have been handled by our contact and been amended to.

Excellent Services & Communication
Xelix has been extremely helpful for us as a business. It is straightforward and quick to learn. I love how easy it is to use. The statement reconciliation is a brilliant tool as well as the duplicate checker. We have all the platforms that Xelix currently offer and have no regrets. The training they provided as a team has been incredible, and nothing is ever too much for them.
